Casa Fazenda is desigend by Helena Teixeira Rios e Jacques Rios. The houseis spread on 160 hectares, in Amarantina, Ouro Preto. At the beginning the land did not have any basic infrastructure. Everything had to be built from access roads to the site, as well as the installation of electricity and landscaping.
