MaxHaus is a 70m² flat with open space loft like ambient. The apartment is located in São Paulo, Brazil. The cement flooring was used all through the condo so the mixing between ambiences are full. The condominium already had the naked concrete slab so the partitions have been painted white to lighten and enhance the ambiance.
The challenge base colors are sober like black, grey and white. Some shade dots have been added to make the atmosphere casual and enjoyable. In the kitchen it was used black granite counter top with black tiles and a black wall that serves as a blackboard. — Casa 2 Arquitetos
